Fabrizio Trimarchi MRICS - Founder

With more than 15 year’ experience in the hospitality and real estate fields, Fabrizio is the founder of Hospitalityseeker.com™. Prior to this experience, Fabrizio served as Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, being involved in multimillion international advisory and investment sales assignments, managing also the birth of the Mid Market department in Italy.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle he has held various positions in consultancy companies focussing on hospitality and information technology fields. He also covered several positions in hotel chains such as Starwood, Sheraton, Jolly Hotels and Atahotels. Fabrizio holds a specialised MINB, Master in Internet Business, from the SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan, Italy. He also successfully completed the Professional Development Program – Certificate in Real Estate and Hotel Investments - from Cornell University, Ithaca, USA. He is a faculty member at MIB School of Management of Trieste, where he is responsible for the Hospitality Business Plan Module within the IMT, International Master in Tourism. Fabrizio is also a Member and Registered Valuer of RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the leading international association grouping the worldwide professionals in the real estate industry.

Thanks to a superior experience in the online advertising industry, as a Technical Consultant, Web Developer and Application Manager for Matrix S.p.A./Italiaonline, Salvo accomplished highly customized advertising projects for several Italian major advertisers, playing a technical supervising role to support key stakeholders.

Since 2004, Salvo planned, implemented and managed production and maintenance of advertisement portfolio for Niumidia ADV, Digital Advertising Agency inside Matrix SpA. With a Master's Degree in Theoretical Physics, a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics, scientific publications and conference speeches, Salvo has also been a Researcher at the Theoretical Physics Department, University of Trieste, inside the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (UNESCO), Trieste, Italy.
